Sean Conway

ENDURANCE

UK

Sean Conway is one of the world’s most relentless endurance athletes: a man who has redefined what the human body and mind can do when pushed to the edge, then far beyond it.

Famous for his Great British Triathlon (swimming, cycling, and running the length of Britain), a world-record 105 Ironmans in 105 days, and a lifetime of audacious, self-designed challenges, Sean has built a career on pursuing the impossible with humour, grit, and an almost stubborn sense of curiosity.

Born in Zimbabwe and forged through a decade of self-funded adventures, he has cycled across Europe unsupported, run across entire countries, swum around coastlines, and completed ultra-endurance routes that most people wouldn’t attempt even once. Yet the defining thread through all his achievements isn’t the distance, it’s his mindset. Sean is disarmingly honest about fear, fatigue, failure, and the small mental habits that carry him through big, brutal days.

As a speaker, writer, and filmmaker, he brings the same integrity to his storytelling: raw, human, and often wickedly funny.
